It is indeed a fan dub which is pretty high quality. Goku sounds just like the real thing. Beerus sounds kinda silly. Beerus's voice reminds me a little too much like an impersonation of Gara of the Sand from Naruto hehe.
But the dub voice for Mr. Satan was the best I think. Bulma's voice was off.
